One-by-one the students of College Professor Dr. Black (Obba Babatundé) are found dead. More disturbing than the fact that they died, was how they perished and why. As Dr. Black becomes the prime suspect in the case being investigated by Detective Harris (Keith David), the clock is ticking for him to solve the mystery of the murders before all are lost. As the search draws closer to who or what is responsible, all beliefs are challenged, and true destinies are revealed, heating up to a shocking conclusion that no one involved would have expected.

A Comedy about a successful guy Johhny Andrés (Nicolás Poblete)  who is about to get married to a high class girl but suddenly has to live with his younger sister Constanza (Dayana Amigo) who just got divorced and is going though a midlife crisis at 30 years old.

Detective Nick Mathers loses everything in the pursuit of a killer: his wife, his eldest daughter, his girlfriend. Worse follows when the case that cost his daughter's life resurfaces, the Chess Piece Killer wants to finish the game. Each piece has a name on it, if Nick loses a piece; the killer slaughters the person whose name is on the piece. When he takes Nick's younger daughter Lisa as a piece on the board, the game becomes much more personal. With a 15 minute time limit on each move, Nick races against time to work out the killers methods before the clock ticks down to the end of Lisa's life.
